
Project Activities and Results

RoSE supports MEN in the process of professionalizing the evaluation Macedonia, based on its own experience acquired as National Professional Association in developing occupational framework for evaluation, more specifically by drafting and enforcing the Occupational Standard and by specialized training.
Project activities are carried out based on the following principles:
Mentorship and guidance from RoSE:
- Sharing of expertise in a perspective of institutional empowerment, thus allowing MEN to rapidly consolidate its new associative skills;
- Offering a menu of responses, depending on the pace and type of needs expressed by MEN;
- Developing joint use of web pages to enable visibility and data exchange among MEN-ROSE;
- Ensuring openness and commitment to support the development of an appropriate competency based system in Macedonia.
Participatory Process:
- Mentoring through a pairing of members of MEN and members of the ROSE
- Joint Working Groups according to their respective responsibilities:
- Joint Project Management Team;
- Jointly assigned counterparts to deal with specific topics of interest such as competency framework, training, and communication (including web site);
Joint work:
- Workshops and transnational meetings for project dissemination in Romania and Macedonia;
- Exchange of information information, on-line conferences, web pages
Expected Results
- MEN integrates into its further action plan the results of the discussions with the ROSE mentors, and makes use of the support received in the framework of the P2P with respect to certification of evaluators’ competencies to lobby for the development of specific regulations and guidelines.
